Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of Wasl Cart, including the SaaS dashboard, APIs, Shopify app, WooCommerce plugin connections, WhatsApp messaging, and related services. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.

1. Permitted use

You may use Wasl Cart to verify orders, reduce COD abuse risk for your own store operations, message customers you are authorized to contact, run automations/campaigns consistent with WhatsApp/Meta rules, and manage related billing and support workflows for legitimate ecommerce businesses.

2. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Send spam, scam, phishing, or unlawful content via WhatsApp or any Wasl Cart channel.
  • Message people without a valid basis or required consent, or ignore opt-outs (including STOP).
  • Use the service to harass, defame, or discriminate, or to process illegal goods/services.
  • Attempt to bypass OTP, credit, subscription, rate limits, HMAC authentication, or other security controls.
  • Probe, scan, or attack Wasl Cart infrastructure, other merchants’ accounts, or connected platforms.
  • Upload malware or fraudulent payment proofs, or misrepresent billing information.
  • Resell or white-label Wasl Cart access without written permission.
  • Violate Shopify, WooCommerce/WordPress, WhatsApp, Meta, or applicable law.

3. Messaging and consent

Merchants are responsible for audience quality and consent. Wasl Cart provides tools (including opt-in flags and STOP handling) but does not guarantee compliance for your campaigns. Authentication OTP templates must be used for verification purposes consistent with Meta policies—not as a loophole for marketing content.

4. Security and access

Keep API keys, store secrets, and passwords confidential. Rotate compromised credentials immediately. Do not share super-admin or owner access with unauthorized parties. Report suspected abuse to support@waslcart.com .

5. Enforcement

We may investigate violations, remove content, throttle or suspend messaging, disable integrations, or terminate accounts. Serious abuse may be reported to platform providers or authorities. No refund is due where suspension results from AUP violations, except where required by law.
